1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SentChat, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SentChat for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SentChat
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Account Registration

When you register for a SentChat account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use SentChat to:

• Send spam, abuse, or harassing messages
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Meta policies
• Send messages without proper consent from recipients
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Send misleading or fraudulent content

5. Service Description

SentChat is a WhatsApp automation platform that enables businesses to automate customer conversations using AI. The service includes message handling, AI agent routing, integrations with e-commerce platforms, and analytics. We provide the service on an "as-is" basis.

6. Pricing and Payment

Subscription Plans

SentChat offers multiple subscription plans with different features and message limits. Pricing and limits are displayed at the time of purchase.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You will be charged on the same date each month. If you upgrade mid-month, you'll be prorated.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime. No long-term contracts. Cancellation is effective at the end of your billing period.

7. Message Limits

Each plan includes a monthly limit of user-initiated messages (customer messages to you). Template messages (marketing broadcasts) are billed separately by Meta. Exceeding limits may result in service restrictions until you upgrade.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use SentChat to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates WhatsApp's policies or applicable laws. SentChat reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

SentChat retains all rights to its platform, code, and features. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information. You grant us a license to use your data to provide the service.

10. WhatsApp Compliance

You must comply with Meta/WhatsApp's Terms of Service. SentChat is not affiliated with Meta, but we integrate with their platform. Your use must comply with WhatsApp's policies on messaging, content, and customer consent.

11. Termination

SentChat may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or abuse the service. You can cancel anytime by requesting account deletion.

12. Limitation of Liability

SentChat is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where we operate. You agree to resolve disputes promptly and in good faith.

14. Changes to Terms

SentChat reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes. Your continued use indicates acceptance.
